Agata Czachórska Country Sustainability Manager IKEA

Agata Czachórska is a circularity enthusiast, business-development-through-sustainability practitioner and sustainable living believer; within CSR for many years. Today Country Sustainability Manager at IKEA Retail Poland. With IKEA since 2009; she dealt with implementation of eco-standards, CRM campaigns and social initiatives, cooperation with NGOs, and the process of participation and dialogue with local communities in IKEA’s commercial investments. She led Circular IKEA project in Poland focusing on innovations and development of circular services and activities, including prolonging life of home furnishing products and Furniture as a Service concept. Today she is responsible for implementation and deeper integration of IKEA's People & Planet Positive strategy within the organization, and for facilitating the democratization of sustainable & circular living.
