As the Deputy Mayor of Gdańsk responsible for investments, real estates, architecture, geodesy, building inspections and monument protection. A member of supervisory boards of public utility companies (Gdańsk Buses and Trams Ltd. and Gdańsk Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Ltd.).
From 2009 to 2019 committed to lead InvestGDA (Gdańsk Economic Development Agency Ltd.) as its Chief Executive Officer.
Experienced in the Foreign Service as Vice Consul in charge of legal department at the Consulate General of Poland in Chicago, USA. He held the positions of Head of Business Service Center at the City Hall of Gdańsk, Deputy Director of the Department of Civic and Foreigners Affairs at the Pomeranian Governor Office and member of supervisory boards of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, Gdańsk Municipal Services Ltd. and Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation .
He was one of the founders of the American School of Law at the University of Gdańsk and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.
