Anna Trochim, currently Head of HR in Cushman & Wakefield, is a People & Culture Leader with 14 years of professional experience in operational and strategic management of full spectrum of human capital and company culture topics. She has a proven ability to work with executives to fully integrate people strategy with overall business strategy.
She gained experience in a local and international teams in such big brands as Allianz Group, Atos Global Delivery Center and Danone Group where she was leading people & culture agenda, driving transformation and change management processes, defining and reshaping companies’ DNA as well as integrating teams and processes during M&A projects.
