Agnieszka has over 17 years of experience in business services in the area of operations management, business process transformation and transition programs as well as international experience in internal audit.
She had an opportunity do work both for outsourcing and captive service organizations, building and leading the Teams from the initial stage up to the mature and stable operations. She was responsible for the set-up and management of European Service Centers for two multinationals in Poland.
Currently Agnieszka is managing Daikin Europe Business Support.
