With over 13 years’ experience in HR Kamila is a consultant to management in Human Capital areas on Global scale. At SoftServe she builds efficient HR environment hand in hand with VP-level, Delivery or Department leaders by consulting leaders and their leadership team on HR best practices and people excellence, supporting 'get in position' strategy in Delivery Unit and reinforcing leadership development.  

Her main mission is to help talents, organization, and leadership deliver the value to key stakeholders both inside and outside SoftServe. 

Kamila has an experience in the fields of People Management, Talent Management and Change Management. She uses Coaching, Facilitation, Business Psychology and Strengths Finder approach. She believes that everyone is unique and she takes great satisfaction from developing others and empowering them to succeed.
