Lynne von Wistinghausen Managing Director, Continental Europe O&T Leader MMC

As Managing Director, leading Operations & Technology function in Continental Europe, Lynne has accountability for a team of more than 1500 colleagues leading development and implementation of strategies critical to achieving operational excellence across region and driving profitable revenue growth. She joined Marsh in 2013 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and variety of technology sectors. Prior to joining Marsh, she was held a senior executive role responsible for Operations & Technology with CNA, leading teams both in Canada and in Europe.

Since joining Marsh, she has been responsible for establishing a national strategic operations and technology roadmap designed to enhance Marsh’s operational efficiency and maximize client satisfaction.

Lynne is a passionate and inclusive leader who understands how every colleague can contribute to companywide transformation. She combines strong technical skills and knowledge with a deep understanding of change management and organizational behavior.
