Małgorzata Kapral HR Director Fujitsu

HR Director at Fujitsu Technology Solution. A graduate of post-graduate studies in Digital Business at Columbia Business School in New York. She uses the acquired knowledge to guide the company through the digital transformation process. In her opinion, strategic changes include the approach to customers and competitors, identification of available data, which will then motivate business decision-making and allow the implementation of innovative and effective strategies. 

For years she has been associated with the IT industry. She is an expert in the field of developing and transforming the HR department. She places great emphasis on building solid relationships, which allows her to effectively support business in key HR projects. She has experience in HR project management, process optimization, effective change implementation, building new business, creating strategies and managing large human resources areas. Małgorzata Kapral takes an active part in the work of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Poland, and also acts as a member of the Talent Ambassador group.
