Mr. Geerling is a Managing Director with The Hackett Group, Global Practice Leader for the Global Business Services (GBS) Advisory Program and Regional Leader for Advisory Services in Europe. He has over 20 years of professional services experience in shared services development & outsourcing, business process re-design and benchmarking of company back-office functions. During this time, he has worked with global companies delivering successful transformation engagements in Finance and other back-office functions.
His experience spans several industries including Oil & Gas, Communications Technology, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Governmental Institutions & Education. Prior to joining The Hackett Group, he worked for KPMG Consulting assisting clients in Finance Function optimization. He holds Master degrees in Financial Management and Organizational Psychology.
