Monika Pietrzyk, VP Leadership, Talent Development, Recruitment and Schaeffler Academy Region Europe

Monika is responsible for Leadership, Talent Development, Recruitment, and the Schaeffler Academy in the Region Europe, based in Germany.

She holds a master's degree in Political Science from Swietokrzyska Academy in Poland. She also completed studies on Asian Business at Tongji University in China, on Strategic Human Resource Management at HULT Ashridge in the UK and on Conflict Management at Harvard University in the USA.

She has more than 10 years of global business experience in a broad international and cultural environment, having lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

During her professional development, she has had the opportunity to successfully implement know-how transfer programs and talent assessment centers in Asia, establish centers of competence in the Americas and Europe and develop global management development architectures.

Her expertise in strategic and general people development, as well as her experience in change management in different cultural environments, enabled her to further drive transformation programs in Europe and to introduce the mentoring program for women, that breaks down silos and connects people from different functions, departments, countries, cultures and generations.

Monika also serves as an ambassador for diversity and inclusion in the Europe Region.
