Sebastian Drzewiecki is a management strategist. For 15 years, he has been managing teams and the development of large organizations in the field of new technologies. He has developed companies from 240 to 700 employees and is currently the managing director in Sabre, where he manages the work of a 1500-person center.
Sebastian is also an initiator and involved member of projects related to building social capital. Active in organizations supporting the development of young people and future leaders, such as Technology in a skirt, Mentoring Walk, LeadersIN and ABSL. For his commitment and engagement in diversity agenda he received an award “Male Champion of Change”.
After hours, he implements his original project "Modern Leader" - a podcast addressed to managers who want to be effective and inspiring leaders. Together with guests, he talks about proven, specific solutions and methods used by management practitioners.
