Bartosz Brosowski Master Black Belt LSS MBB EY certified

Bartosz for many years has been working with EY Academy of Business – the biggest training company offering courses for professionals in Poland.

As a trainer, he has trained over 500 Process Managers, 400 Green Belts and 200 Black Belts, and 200 Project Managers and Lead Facilitators, which has resulted in many certifications.

Bartosz has obtained many international certificates in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Work-Out methodologies. As a Project Leader he has led approximately 60 strategic projects in Poland and the United States.

He is the creator of the strategy of implementation and development of Lean Six Sigma methodology in many companies from different industries and sectors. He has closely cooperated with the BPO and SSC sectors in the field of process management and optimization.

He has been involved in the philosophy of Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methodology since 1999. At that time, he started cooperation with General Electric in the area of Finance and IT. After completing all levels of education in the Six Sigma and Lean Management Process Optimization Programme along with implementing strategic projects that brought tangible financial benefits and growth opportunities to the company, he earned his Master Black Belt certification in 2004.

While executing the Lean Six Sigma program development strategy at GE Capital, he has won numerous awards for successful implementations of projects and entire methodologies. He implemented complex Project Management Office programs while being responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a project portfolio management system.
