Olivia Business Centre is a prestigious and vibrant business center located in the heart of Tri-City. It’s a unique combination of offices and services, together with one of the largest coworking spaces in Poland, a vast green patio and all-year-round Olivia Garden filled with tropical plants. Its buildings were designed with care for the environment and allow for significant reduction of energy consumption. Top of the Olivia Star consists of 360° viewing level, two prestigious restaurants and a multifunctional conference center. In the spring of 2021, Olivia underwent analysis under the WELL certification, receiving a maximum score, being the first such result in the world.
