Izabella Khazagerova Global Head of Talent Mobility, Redeployment and Future of Work Solutions LHH

Izabella has worked in human capital consulting solutions development since 2003. Her expertise is in future of work, talent management and mobility, people analytics, reskilling, leadership development and employee engagement. She has experience leading large-scale global projects that involve significant cultural change and boost performance outcomes.

Before moving to consulting in 2011, her roles included a Head of L&D and Talent in banking, manufacturing and retail. She is proud to have built an L&D department that won “country’s best Corporate University” award in Russia. In consulting, she led projects across industries with the focus on professional and financial services, manufacturing and other B2B businesses to help large global organisations work alongside human nature, not against it.
   
Izabella, Chartered MCIPD, has a BA (Hons) in pedagogic sciences and an MBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She is certified as Hogan and Gallup’s strengths coach, is passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their talents. She speaks Russian and English fluently, has an international rating in chess (FIDE 2080).
