Katarzyna Zalewska Shared Service Center Head Husqvarna Group

Katarzyna is a Global Business Services Lead with 20+ years of progressive experience in delivering services for global organisations in centralized models (SSC/ GBS/ BPO,) managing mid- & large size teams and executing transformation programs for Finance, HR, Procurement and other processes. She holds a diploma in Executive MBA.

As a customer centric & seasoned leader, Katarzyna has been involved with deployment of scalable operating models irrespective of size and a setup of a centre (in-house, outsourced) for several global brands. e.g Pfizer, MoneyGram, Swarovski, Stryker and Coty. Over last years, Katarzyna led Avon GBS in the area of Service Delivery and Process Excellence and while based in Warsaw, she managed the team of 300+ FTEs across 5 Delivery Centres.

In May 2021, Katarzyna decided to join Husqvarna to support the company in her momentum of change by bringing value add through her experience she gained so far. As a strong people-oriented individual, she appreciates Husqvarna long-lasting history and ethos.

In a newly established Husqvarna Shared Services in Warsaw, Katarzyna holds the position of the Centre Head with responsibility for successful transition, site performance and efficient delivery of the processes migrated to Warsaw with strong focus on customer satisfaction and undisruptive business continuity. She is supported by the Team of experienced individuals holding several years of experience in similar, centralized structures.
