Marta Dworowska Director of HR Operations CEE Amazon
Marta is a Human Resources Expert with broad experience in large international companies, including greenfield projects, with proven competency in organization remodeling, redesign and restructuring. She has also an expertise in industrial relations and negotiations with trade unions. Marta spent over 18 years of her career working in various HR functions, gaining experience in diverse sectors like pharmacy or manufacturing companies.
Currently, Marta is HR Director Operations CEE at Amazon where she leads Amazon Fulfillment's HR Operational Team of 160 HR professionals in Poland, Czech and Slovakia, supporting over 30 000 Associates during peak season in 12 Fulfillment Centers across the region. She has held positions within Amazon, both in Poland and globally, since the 2014’s.
She is a graduate of the Wrocław University, Faculty of Psychology, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Faculty of Organizational Psychology and Communication.
